Shipping policy

The shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days depending on your location and the efficiency of your local post office. The only exception to this are items that are listed as "PRE-ORDER." Our pre-order items will be listed as such in the item description box with the expected delivery date to Grace Boutique. The customer should expect to receive pre-ordered item up to 5 business days AFTER the date listed on the description box. 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the timeframe we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at graceeboutiquee@gmail.com. We will do our best to address the situation and change the address. If we are unable to, however, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. 

If a package is returned due to insufficient address, Grace Boutique is NOT responsible for any shipping fees. Customers must pay reshipment fee or can be issued store credit. NO REFUNDS. 

If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have no received it (stolen/lost), you must take this up with USPS/UPS. Grace Boutique does not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable for the order. 

You will receive your order 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. this is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you have not received it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue return for packages that state being delivered.
