Refund policy
Grace accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address within 14 days from the date that your order shipped. Please note that the customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. For returned items, store credit will be issued via a Grace e-gift card.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Care within 3 DAYS of delivery. No exceptions.
Please Note: Orders cannot be cancelled after checkout.
To start a return, you must first contact us at graceeboutiquee@gmail.com BEFORE shipping back your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if you decide to purchase shipping label through us), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your return to be processed, once your package has been delivered to us.
WE CANNOT GUARANTEE TO RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. If there's any issue regarding your package, you MUST address this with USPS/UPS as we are not responsible of lost/stolen packages.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items purchased during promotional sale (20%+ discount code) will NOT be accepted for exchange as they are considered FINAL SALE.
Bodysuits, bikinis, white clothing (due to hygiene purposes), and accessories are considered FINAL SALE.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given store credit via a Grace e-gift card.
